For your receptions, family celebrations and seminars
Rental of a quality venue (120 m²) in the French department of Vendée (85), with a well-equipped kitchen (20 m²), heat, a sound system and screen, with a capacity of 30-90 people. Available from early September to late June. At our campsite, you can choose your accommodation on a nightly basis: mobile homes, quirky accommodations or bare pitches. Our reception room is in a perfect location where you can enjoy your holiday by the sea with your family, association or professional colleagues.
Our rates include:
– rental of the venue for a minimum of 2 days, except Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays)
– dishes, wine and water carafes, access to the beer tap available.
Group receptions:
Many associations, including sports clubs, have already planned their events with us for a weekend or full week… (see more). We can help you choose your accommodations based on your criteria.
You can also plan your stay with meals included – menus prepared by our chef or by a caterer with rates that can be adapted to your budget. Feel free to ask us for a quote and book an appointment to visit the venue.
A green, safe and friendly environment.
For family celebrations, including weddings and birthdays: You can choose to cook your own meals or choose your own caterer. If you are still looking for a caterer, we can provide you with a list of recommendations.
The room includes the following at no extra charge: A sound system, a set of lights, a 165 cm-wide screen and plenty of tables and chairs.
We also provide the following, free of charge:
- A safe play area for children
- A ping-pong table
- A games room with foosball, billiards, air hockey and a pinball machine
- A petanque court, and more.
- A heated indoor swimming pool and bounce house depending on the season and weather. Generally from April 1 to October 1 (longer, weather permitting).
Sound system
No need to bring your own sound system, we provide one. Please also note that there is a 2:00 AM curfew to maintain quiet for our neighbours.
Pros of our venue:
- Our venue is perfect if you’re thinking, “Wouldn’t it be nice to meet on a Sunday morning, after a night at the campsite, and have brunch and discuss last night?”
- We also provide activities for children in a safe area near the reception room.
- If it is more convenient for you, you can return the keys on Monday.
- Last but not least, post-event venue cleaning is included in the rate. We would, however, greatly appreciate it if you could give the venue a good sweep once you’ve cleared your belongings.

Spending the night on site:
You can choose to rent heated and insulated mobile homes that can accommodate over 80 people (see accommodation rates) all year round.
You can also camp on a pitch in a camper or tent from April to mid-October.
